Redwood was setup in 2018 by two Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with the aim of helping graduates and young professionals find a home they could afford.
We specialise in placing professional and corporate tenants in high quality, shared housing.
We offer landlords the unique opportunity to earn secured rent from a fully managed property for an agreed period. Landlords receive the same fixed income each month, regardless of whether the property is occupied.

To provide young professionals with desirable, spacious and affordable accommodation. Our buildings meet current housing standards and create a vibrant environment for our tenants, who enjoy a unique living experience at a reasonable price.
