Applicable law

Please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law.

If you wish to take court proceedings against us in respect of our Terms & Conditions, you must do so within England and any such court proceedings will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. English law will apply.

You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

General

You agree to compensate us for any claim or legal proceedings brought against us by any other person as a result of your breach of the Terms & Conditions.

If we take legal action against you for any breach of these Terms and Conditions and a court makes an award in our favour, you will be responsible for all costs allowable by the courts. If you breach the Terms of Service and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the Terms of Service.

If any part of the Terms of Service is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other provisions shall continue to apply.
